National Association of Social Workers ~ Wyoming Chapter

Annual Conference

The Wyoming Chapter hosts an annual conference in September.  The location moves around the state both to accommodate our state-wide membership and to provide members and conference participants the opportunity to explore resources and interact with social workers and programs throughout the state.

The conference is a meeting for the entire profession focusing on professional development, physical and mental self-care, alternative practices and therapies, along with issues of importance to the practice of social work and the social work profession.  The conference provides opportunities for networking, reconnecting with friends, and making new ones!

A General Membership Meeting was held in conjunction with the conference.  An update of chapter activities and a plan for new programs and services were presented.  Members engaged in discussion regarding successes and concerns.

We encourage you to check out the inforamtion for the 2012 annual conference!
