National Association of Social Workers Wyoming Chapter

2009 Annual Conference

The Wyoming Chapter hosts an annual conference in September.  The 2009 conference was held in Riverton, Wyoming.  It is a meeting for the entire profession focusing on professional development, physical and mental self-care, alternative practices and therapies, along with issues of importance to the practice of social work and the social work profession.  The conference provides opportunities for networking, reconnecting with friends, and making new ones!

A General Membership Meeting was held in conjunction with the conference.  An update of chapter activities and a plan for new programs and services were presented.  Members engaged in discussion regarding successes and concerns.
