Fresenius Medical Care of Cheyenne Dialysis is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's of Social Work for a part-time (18-20 hours per week) position. This person is responsible for Patient Assessment/Care Planning/Counseling, Patient Education, Patient Admission, Insurance and Financial Assistance along with other assigned duties. FE Warren Air Force Base, based in Cheyenne, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a part-time (18 hours per week) position. We are looking for someone with a Master's of Social Work and a minimum of two years experience within the past 5 years. This person will be responsible for and will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, and couples therapy. This is a great opportunity to work with the United States Military and their families in a great work environment.
