 Listing in Social Work Passport ~ Promotes Traffic to EVERY Exhibitor             

Here’s How it Works: Each conference attendee receives a Passport with a listing for each    exhibitor.  Attendees must visit each exhibit to get their Passport stamped.  Completed Passports are submitted by 3 PM on September 17 to be entered in our Passport to Win Prize Drawings.  Exhibitors are welcome to donate prizes for the drawing and will be recognized on the NASW Wyoming web site following the conference.

“TAKE ONE” TABLE                    $30

There will be two tables designated as a “Take One Table”.  Organizations or individuals may ship materials to NASW WY for this table.  Materials left at end of conference will not be returned.  This area will not be staffed.  Limit of FOUR take one sponsors per table to provide ample visibility of materials.

Exhibitor Schedule

Set-up: begins at 7:00 AM on September 16, 2010 – Report to Registration Table for table assignment.

Exhibit Hour:  7:30 AM to 7:00 PM September 16, 2010 and 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM September 17, 2010

Staffing: Exhibitors are asked to staff their tables during registration, breaks, and lunch both days.
