Newsletter - Classified Ads
It is the policy of the Chapter to charge $25 for the first 25 or fewer words (standard newsletter print) or abbreviations thereof in a
classified ad and 25 cents for each additional word or abbreviation thereof. *

Newsletter - Display Ads
It is the policy of the Chapter to charge $160 for a full page, photo ready, display ad in the newsletter. The rate for a ½ page ad will be $90
and for a ¼ page ad, the rate will be $50. For a business card size ad, the rate will be $30. *

* The above quoted rates are for a single publication. Repeat ads will be reduced by 10% per issue.
Website
Ads: It is the policy of the
Chapter to charge $50 per month for each ad consisting of no
more than 10 lines on one page.
Links: It is the policy of the
Chapter to charge, in advance, $150 per year for a link from
the Chapter website.
Ads and Links: It is the policy of the
Chapter to charge, in advance, $300 per year for an ad of 10
lines or less and an accompanying website link.
Continuing Education Postings
It is the policy of the Chapter to list free of charge, any continuing education workshops, programs, seminars, etc.

Convention/Workshop Exhibitors
It is the policy of the Chapter to charge $50 per exhibit at any Chapter sponsored or endorsed event. Exhibit fees are based on eight-foot booths.

Membership Labels
Disks: It is the policy of the Chapter to charge $100 for a current disk of chapter member addresses. **
Labels: It is the policy of the Chapter to charge 15 cents for each printed membership label. **

** Labels and disks shall be made available only for continuing education purposes. Information on the disks or labels will consist only of the member name and work address if available.
Restrictions
All advertising and requests are subject to the approval of the President and/or the Executive Director. The Chapter reserves the right to waive
any fees, reject any ad or request through the action of the President and/or the Executive Director.
The President and/or the Executive Director shall have the authority to edit any ads or requests.
